Hello its me again, the kid with the cracked/rusted frame. There is a safety on my car. So it has to go through icbc. Would it work if i got my friend with a welding ticket to weld it?? What if icbc doesnt like it??

Good question.. but once it's welded in and painted will they ever know a repair was made?

thats what i thought but maybe they wrote down about the cracks when they pulled the previous owner over for a safety check???

I don't know about your area but should just look to see that it is fixed.

Could your friend produce a "receipt" from his welding shop? That should satisfy them.
