I recently looked at a 67 Chevelle SS396 (now a 427) that was painted black and had a cowl tag the showed a paint code of "H 2". I am guessing that this was Mountain Green with Black vinyl. Correct? or what does this code mean?? Thanks BobR

If the code follows same as 68, I would bet the car was the green you mentioned with the 2 denoting a black vinyl top.
