You wouldn't believe the conflicting info I've found on this subject.I'm not sure if some places selling 71/72 lenses know which one is correct.Should a 71SS454 have the larger chrome/stainless inner ring(about 3") on both the brake/running and rev light?Or only the brake/running light lense?The lenses with the smaller ring(72????)and the planejane lenses seam to be easyer to find.

My 72 has the small trim rings if that is any help.

There are 3 different styles. One has a 2 1/2" stainless ring, another has a 3 inch ring and another that doesn't have any ring. Whatever style, all should match.

I've heard the one without a ring was correct for an SS but not sure.
