This summer I will not have the comfort of a garage for my chevelle so I'm wondering about the best way to keep the sun from ruining my 31 year old vinyl. Any advice is greatly appreciated....thank you

Try some perma plate vinyl protectant. I think it works pretty good and the body shop I work at uses it alot.It has a guarantee too.

billt IMHO nu vinyl smells looks and works the same as amor all just FYI. I Usuly use a damp warm cloth and whipe it down good. I try my best to keep it out of the sun even thought sometimes its not possible

I use the GM product of vinyl cleaner and a seperate GM vinyl protectant. The protectant is called preservatone.

I've tried a bunch - I like Lexol Vinylex the best.

Por15 has a few products for this. One of them is called Boss Gloss, its a new product that seems to work better than armorall or the others on the market.

What wrong with Armor All ?
I normally use it or 2001 on plastic products. It's another silicon based protectant right ?
Or am I doing something WRONG again !
