I bought a 72 chevelle a year ago and I have been restoring it. Some body before me, ground off some of the windshield molding retainer pins. I have"nt seen any replacments in any magazines. What is my next step, do I use small nails or some screws, or is there a better way to replace them.

You can CAREFULLY drill and install a n 1/8 inch rivet where the nail would go.

I used screw in studs like these Trim Studs (http://www.chevelles.com/showroom/trimstuds.jpg) from Mr Gs(part# fa3039). You may find them at some paint and body supply jobbers.

You can buy from Mr Gs, just know exactly what you want.
I asked about the availability of stocked clips for my 65 Chevelle for front and rear glass. (I tried to expalin twice what I wnated in case I didn't expalin it properly)

Response:
My answer is still the same as in my last answer. "I don't know the >information you ask for". I only have the clips shown
