Helping a friend with a 65 camino. He wants to remove the trim on the top of the bed rail and tailgate.Is this trim bolted through or is it held on by some type of clips?

The bedrail is held down with clips that grab on to the outer edges of the trim and the tailgate trim is held down with nuts from the inside of the gate.
