I have a 73 Elkie and have the chance to buy a 74 Elkie with electric windows. Will the fenders,grill,doors,all swap over to my 73.

The stuff should all swap over. The hood, fenders, bumper & headlight bezels are the same; however the grille & header panel, and possibly the filler panel between the bumper are different. Your Elky will look like a '74 but you won't have the inertia reel seat belts & headrest clips. I have not done this myself, but I have seen the different year front clips swapped. The doors are the same but the door panels are upholstered differently. BTW the '74 Laguna Type S3 used '73 Malibu door panels. Carpet is a different type between the 2 years as well.
