anyone know of a good Restoration Guide for a 1970 Chevelle ss I need it to show how to build from scratch.
a old friend of mine use to have a book that showed how to rewire and basically build from scratch, it showed where every single bolt and part went.

The best books you can get are a Factory Assembly Manual, a Fisher Body Manual, and a Chassis Service Manual.

how do i get those

Almost any of the parts vendors carry them ... Ground Up, NPD, True Connections, etc. Figure on about 20 - 25 bucks a pop.

ebay is another option; I just picked up the chassis shop manual for my '68 for ~ $11.00. Original and in beautiful condition. Similar deal a few months ago for the Fisher manual.
