I've seen pictures of doors either on Chevelles or El Caminos where there is a bezel or something behind the lock cylinder on the outside of the door and it looks like this: http://www.dreamelectric.com/images/LockBezel.jpg . I'm wondering if anyone knows what it was found on and if my Elky had it. Thanks.

That appears to be an accessory you could buy to keep from scratching your door with the key. You can get them at almost any auto parts store or the dealer. You just peal off a backing and they stick to the door.
