novaderrik Feb 15th, 07, 2:55 AM it looks kind of like the tool for compressing the little springs in door hinges that you can't ever get back in.
but that looks like a spreader of some sort.
bubba68ss Feb 15th, 07, 6:14 AM looks more like something to pry OPEN/SEPERATE a certain part. Looks to weak to work on door springs

ktrim Feb 15th, 07, 8:44 AM that tool is for removing valve springs from a briggs and straton lawn mower engine. Have one my self. It will also work to compress the spring that goess in a door hinge
Dean Feb 15th, 07, 8:54 AM Also used when removing valves on old 6 cylinder plymouths.
mmurphy77 Feb 15th, 07, 2:09 PM If you use it right it can open a bottle of Champagne too.
