I'm having deja vu.
I wish I had done my floor like you did - butt welding instead of overlapping. Buttttttttttttt that's why we do this, to learn :thumbsup:

So Tony are you welding the braces to the pan and then installing or are you putting the outer braces in first?

andy, the first side i welded the inner brace to the pan and welded the outer brace later, on the other side i ended up welding both braces to the pan first as it was much easier. that brace i welded on later has a gap that i will have to work and shape into place. also had to work and shape pans where they meet the fender well and wrap around. this floor pan kit fit very well i was expecting alot worse especialy since i cut out rotted fender wells and fabed my own repair panel.as you can see in this pic.
