Is there a way to tell if the car is cammed without going into the engine? To me the car sounds cammed because of the idle but i was told my car could be misfiring which it isnt i dont think !

You could measure the lift at the pushrod and compare that to the stock cam spec.This will not tel you a whole lot other than it is not a stock spec cam.
