Howdy folks, been lurkin here a while and thought I would go ahead and join the forum. I have a 70 chevelle ss , 396/375 4 sp, cortez silver w/black top and interior. It has been a good car....had it about 14 years, but it is time to freshen the motor so it is currently out of the car, completely disassembled awaiting machining. I will also be using this opportunity to detail the engine, overall the trans, radiator ,a/c, front suspension and anything else that gets in the way.
Later!:beers:

Hello and welcome Bob. Sounds like a nice car. It's always good to see a 70 getting restored.
Is it an original 375 HP? You mentioned A/C and I know it wouldn't be correct to have both. If it is an original L78 block, you should take pics of the engine codes before it goes to the machine shop.
