My 15x7 ralleys won't fit. Anyone have any experience getting them to work? Can I grind of some off the calipers to make them fit or is there a back space wheel that will fit?

where is it actually hitting the rim? is it hitting on the front of the caliper, or is the finned part of the caliper hitting?
and how bad?
if it's the fins hitting, then you might be able to smooth the fins down enough to get the clearance you need.
if it's the front of the caliper hitting, then maybe a 1/4" spacer behind the wheel.
