What is the difference between coupe & conv 1/4 panels. I know the full OEM coupe 1/4's have the top sail panel, can I trim that part off & put it on my conv, or is there something else thats different?

There are 80% panels available without the sail panel for converts.

The roof line goes back farther than it looks. I did R&R one with a hard top quarter one time. Looked great when done, but not worth the effort if a convertible panel can be found. You will have a better long term rerair if you use a full quarter. Got mine about 6 months ago for $650 ea. (repo's) I think they may not be availible any longer though. They fit perfect.
