I was just wondering if anyone else noticed that the license plate on "Sulu's" limo read "NCC-1701"??

Cracked me up??

Missed that myself. You Trekkies need a life... :p :D Monday night is the only night I'll sit and watch tv these days. Might watch a movie or two during the week, but nothing else keeps me glued to the set like Prison Break, 24, and Heroes.

Dang, I missed that. And I'm usually pretty good with the Easter eggs.

For the "non trekkies" here, what does ncc-1701 mean?

I've been having fun looking for Star Trek references in Boston Legal, besides looking for Star Trek Alumni (Odo (a regular), Quark, Nelex, 7 of 9 so far).

Once, when Denny Crane (Shatner) was opening his flip phone, it made the communicator sound, and another time, he was being told about parsites on farmed Salmon being called "cling ons", and got a shocked, surprised looked on his face and said "Klingons???" Fun stuff.

Shatner's character on BL just seems to be a 21st century version of Kirk if he was a lawyer.
come one- he is in the middle of a love triangle with Delta Burke and her midget daughter..

and i keep waiting to see Odo transform into a different person..

It continues...last night there were 3 Star Trek references:

When Hiro was caught eavesdropping on the tall blonde's (Hope) phone call she calls him "Sulu".

After Syler kills Zane Taylor, he answers the door for Dr. Suresh and offers him some Earl Gray tea...same tea that Capt Jean-Luc Picard drinks when relaxing in his quarters on the Enterprise.

Again, it's Hiro...when the cop opens the door to the room that he was locked in he holds up the Vulcan hand gesture (like Spock always used to do) as a sign of peace to the cop.

Yep, I need to get a life but my car is getting painted and I've been so darn bored!
