Im New To This Site But I Love It. Here Is My First Question. Why Would My Defroster Blow Out A Foggy Air On My Windshield And When It Did It Made The Windshield Worse, I Couldnt See A Thing. It Was Cold Outside But I Just Wonder What That Is And How I Can Fix It. It Does Get Hot Eventually But Never Clears The Windshield It Really Just Makes It Worse. Thanks For Your Help.

your heater core is leaking and the vapor is actually coolant you see blowing on the windshield.

Yeah, it is most likely a heater core. Is your car an ac car? Either way its not really a fun job but an ac car is worse.

If you are running anti-freeze then it will make your windshield oily too.

Would "silver solder" work to fix that for the time being? You know that silver powdery stuff you pour in the radiator. That stuff is fantastic.
