does anybody know if a 68 front lower control will fit a 67 chevelle

Other than some variances in the bushing size and style (shape), all lowers are the same and will interchange between years.

All 64 through 72 lower control arms are completely interchangeable with out modifications. The bushings might be different. See this link.
