NO, that air compressor doesnt even come close to suppling the needed air for that gun or any other HVLP gun. HVLP guns need volumes of air NOT AIR PRESSURE and your compressor doesnt supply that.

You need a conventional gun that runs on air pressure to break up the paint. A great conventional gun would be a BINKS 7.

But I still dont believe that air compressor will be able to maintain the required air for ANY type of gun whether its HVLP or conventional.Sorry...Eric

I'm not sure if you are buying a compressor or if you have a couple, but if you are buying make sure if you plan on using a da sander,or some other high power tolls like that you get one that will do that also,I bought one thinkin if it is strong enough to paint it will do anything else i need to,boy was i wrong.I have been using a da alot lately, and you talk about agravating every few minutes the da loses power and the compressor kicks on and off constanly, its worth the extra money in the long run to get one that can handle the power, cause for one thing i know as much as it kicks on and off it has to wear out quicker.just my opinion
