first time i ever used on. are these things supposed to be sticky? felt like it had bees wax or something on it. does the residue from the tack rag need to be cleaned off? for some reason this dosent make sence. thanks Dave

Supposed to be sticky,residue does not need to be wiped off.
Unfold the whole thing and make kinda a loose ball out of it. Lightly go over the surface just before painting. Mike
