The bumper bracket bolts (holding the brackets to the frame) were, by a wide margin, the most stubborn bolts on my entire car. I sprayed PB Blaster on them many times over the course of about a week -- saturated them like twice a day and just let 'em soak. Then I applied a massive amount of leverage to them and just BARELY budged them until they were loose. I swear if I was strong enough I could have lifted the car with that wrench, they would not move. But the Blaster really does work, I could not have taken my car apart without it.

you remove the bumper with the brackets attached on those. The bolts are in the trunk and behind the rear valance. once off the car switch the brackets/lights over to the new bumper and bolt the whole thing up as a unit. Get a helper, the sucker is heavy!!!
