I am going from auto to manual with my 71 chevelle bucket seat console car. I need to get all the parts for the interior to swap to a stick shift. Anyone out there know the best place to get good quality and priced parts. I noticed most of the parts are Repro in OPG.
Let me know thanks!!

I think your right, all of this stuff is available as reproduction.
Quality and price...that's a good one. Overpriced junk IMO. All the vendors carry the stuff and it's all priced about the same. More than likely it's all made by the same offshore company.
When you buy. It's best to buy according to the best customer service. Makes returns and swapping out parts much easier. IMO this is priceless. Don't try and skim by, by saving a few bucks. Ask alot of questions about returning and swapping, and the shipping cost involved.
You'll also need to weld the bracket on the frame. Those are available too.

I know the console top plates are out there aplenty. Some are nicer than the others. My auto one was sloppily painted in the black areas.

I am actually doing a hydraulic 6 speed, I won't have to worry about the frame bracket.
Thanks for the input!!

From what I have heard, get an original "Z" bar for your clutch mechanism's as the aftermarkets tend to break at the wrong times.
