Can anyone tell me what type of fasteners should be used for the gas filler flap on a 66 El Camino.
Would they be 7/16" hex head bolts, slot headed self tapper screws, phillips head screws etc.
Any help appreciated.

I think mine are hex head fine thread, will check tomorrow. Karl

Thanks Karl, I just got a note from Frank in Texas. The right ones to use are #10 self tappers 3/8 inch long with hex & washer head. Thanks for your trouble.
