Has anyone installed Headman Elites on a 307 with power steering? I purchased the special alternater brackets (2 of them) but they don't seem to fit and Headman says they don't have a speical bracket for the power steering res? I don't see how either of these items will install. Any thoughts?

Come on guys. Someone must have installed Headman Headers on a 68 or 69 small block with driver side power steering and driver side alternator? The brackets they sell for the alternator don't fit the application and they say there are no brackets for the power steering?

Got to be a solution out there?

If you had asked this a week ago I could have posted some pictures when my engine was out. Anyhow, on my 64 chevelle with a small block and driver side power steering/alt.,I just used the universal alt. bracket (I think ,Mr. Gasket) and then welded an extension on top of the ps bracket and bolted it all together. Had to use about 1/2" longer belts if I remember correctly. I did make the bracket extension sloted so I had some for/aft adjustment. I will try to get some photos when my wife gets home with the camara. Hope this helps
