A question on installing rear window felts to the body on a '70 Chevelle. I bought new (beaded) window felt kit from NPD. All is working but the rear window felt to the body as it curves up. The curvature is much to large. I made an attempt to bend, but without a proper fixture, it will not bend correctly.

Any advice, suggestions, recommended brand (Can't find NOS)?

You might try "pie" cutting the inside lip that's hidden to allow it to bend tighter.

Roger This is what I did on mine. It worked out pretty well. There is still a small gap, but not very noticable unless you are inside the car.
