hello. my name is donald and i stumbled across this site by accident, but being a chevelle owner and fellow car enthusiast i figured there might be some good conversation on here. i live in memphis and have a 70 chevelle which i have had for 12 years now (bought it when i was a junior in high school). its not an ss just a malibu 307 car, but has since had a 355 through high school, then a 406, and now has a 441 procharged small block which i just finished last month. my car isnt any kind of show car, its just a straight bodied, badgeless, cruiser and weekend warrior that i drive to work at least 2 or 3 times a week and to our local 1/4 mile track periodically throughout the year.

Welcome. I have only been around for a year or so but I think this site is awesome! Learn something new everyday. I'm just a few minutes north of Nashville myself. Hope to see you @ Chevellabration !!:beers:

Hey Donald, welcome. I live 160 miles from Memphis. I actually stay overnight in Memphis often. Any 70 Chevelle is worth having. Doesn't matter if it's street or show. I've had my 67 since I was 16. 40 now, man how time flies. Anyhow, brother, this is a great site. You will find out that there are numerous people here that are willing to help. Be patient, most people are busy during the weekends. You've come to the right place. Take care, Clyde

Welcome Donald. Everyone fits in here. We even have some members that don't have a chevelle but just love the car. Theres even a few F#@d owners (but we don't talk about that) LOL
Nothing but good people here.

Hello and welcome Donald. Any 70 is welcome here, especially if it's driven a few times a week. Make plans to go to Chevell-abration.
