Hi: My vent windows don't stay open. Is there an adjustment to tighten them to stay in one position?

Yep, inside the door on the bottom of the vent about center there is a nut, but it has a lock flange on it. I`ve never tried to tighten the nut on the car but I think it might be tough. If its flopping it may be broken.
