I have some tail light lenses for my 70 Malibu I picked up at a swap meet. The plastic is great shape, but most of the silver colored paint is worn off.

I was planning on trying Testors flat silver spray paint on them. Is there an automotive aerosol? Anyone have any other suggestions?

DG I used Krylon metallic enamel spray paint, 1403 dull aluminum for the inside edge and Testors paint marker, metallic chrome silver 2546C for the raised edges. It came out looking really good. If I was to do it again I would use a pencil eraser to apply the metallic chrome silver since the paint marker applied the paint a little too generously and a little of the paint went over the edges.
