Depends on if the windshield can be cracked or broken in the process! If its being replaced, give it a shot. If you do a search here you will find how to threads on doing it with piano wire, just use care in removing the trim its not cheap ro replace!

It can be done, but there is a very real risk of breaking the glass....even for a pro.
Don't even attempt to pull the mouldings off without a "reveal moulding clip tool".
