Something very interesting about this car....it is an Oshawa built Chevelle. Cowl tag codes are C08, Vinyl top; C60 A/C; M38, turbo 350; and U80, rear seat speaker.
Take a look at the paint code...does it not look like 5828??? Or possibly 582B?
