What would cause clear coat to look milky in a couple spots useing martin sr. clear and base any info or how to fix would be awsome ty in advance for any replys

No expert, but maybe moisture in the air supply?

Did it cure ok?

If it did, the only way to eliminate it, is to block it out and shoot some more.

Be sure to start with 800 or higher paper, and don't force it. Keep a lot of water on it and when you get close, switch to 1000.

Advice from someone who can't seem to remember that. ;)

More than likely its Inadequate & humidity laden compressed air. However, booth conditions can also cause it if its humid or foggy out when its shot.
