Yes I would lose something.

400 crank cut to 350 mains

With 6" rods, you don't need that.

Why spend $200 balancing a stock crank, which is going to be a SUPER hassle with as much of a weight change as that, when you can replace it for not much more than that.

There's about a billion cheep internal balance 383 cranks out there, that won't require near the work to balance; because they won't have the "flat-cut" counterweights that a stock 400 crank has, because the short 400 rod requires it.

And if you go that route, you dodge the whole 400 damper & flywheel hassle.

The rest of it, you're pushing the CR with that little cam; but if the block isn't zero-decked to the pistons, then you probably won't have quite that CR anyway. So it may be OK.

I agree, with the above post fully.... i also would loose the keithblack pistons!!!!!!!! get forged ,and thank me later!
If you are going to run 11.5 compression ,you may as well make it 14.1 ,because you will need race gas anyhow!! SO EITHER STEP UP , OR BOW DOWN TO 10.5 OR LOWER ..

I LIKE THE COMBO THOUGH..

Go forged pistons and forget the 113 heads, there are MUCH better out there. By the time you install bigger valves, get a quality porting job you could have bought a set of AFR 1952 that will smoke all over those old Vette heads.

I am just using the 400 crank because a I have it and it is already cut and balanced with those rods and piston. I have the balancer and flexplate too.
I wasn´t paying attention when I wrote the cr its more like 10.5-11/1
I won´t spend any money on those heads, they are already ported.
I will only be using these heads to begin with I will buy better ones when I have the money. I live in Iceland so it is more expensive for me to buy parts.

We´ve got both 91 and 93 oct pump gas.
but in Iceland it is called 95 oct and 98 oct but that is RON oct. so despite higher number it is the same as your 91 and 93
but gas price in Iceland is really high. i pay $5.60 for the gallon
and race gas is mutch more so I am really shotting for a pumpgas motor
