morning guys! can anyone tell me who makes the better vinyl top for a 69? thinking about having one put on,and can it be put on over a painted top?

I think I got mine from Groundup and it seems fine.
Do prime and paint the roof! This protects your car from moisture that a vinyl top can trap in there from time to time.
