I'm at it again- fixing other people's cars for no profit or gain.
I have a friend with a SBC 72 Chevelle that's never going to have A/C again. Currently the bracket being used for the outside adjustment point of the PS pump is...... ghetto. Definitely not the right bracket.
The bracket mounted to the pump itself I believe is the right piece but the one that provides the "adjustment slider" on the furthest-outside point from the engine is certainly wrong.
What bracket(s) could/should I be using? Do I need to hit up the restoration parts catalogs for a non-A/C car or are these bracket(s) readily available from an easier source?
