What is the best way to treat rust before painting?Do I need to use a rust stabilizer such as ospho or rust converter or just use a good self-etch primer? I am doing my bumper brackets and stabilizer arms. Thanks

Glass bead is not the thing to use on bumper brackets. It will take you forever to cut the rust. Black beauty is the best thing I've found. It doesn't make as much dust either. The view in the cabinet is better.
