most brake and clutch pedals that I have seen , the clutch pedal shaft is welded to the pedal arm with a retaining clip . this assembly I am looking at has a bolt running thru the top of the clutch and brake pedals with a nut on the end . I was told it was out of a 70 chevelle and alot of gto's used that style ????????????

it sounds like an early impala or early nova.as far as i know the a-body never had a bolt and nut assembly.
