i just bought a 70 300 deluxe v8 car. the door post is rust pitted where the weather strip on the door and the door post meet. just where the large ends of the weather strips meet. it is painted over now but looks bad. can i clean this area with a wire brush, fill and repaint? what is the proper fix?
