I found a little rust on my left front floor pan and plan on replacing it. I have a few question. Its a 67 Chevelle. The rust is in the left front in the gully where the wiring harness runs to the back. Should I replace the entire left front or just the front half? Also, where is the best place to get a quality pan, with the tabs that hold down the wiring harness? Can anyone help?

I'm not sure exactly where your talking but mine was pitted just in front of the drain hole or whatever that is. I bought a patch panel, cut out the bad area and cut the panel to match then butt welded in.

Worked great I can use a full patch if I keep it long enough to have another problem and I had enough left over to patch the butcher job the guy before me did on the doghouse (hump) when it had a manual trans.

Cutting the patch idea I got from another TC member SEVT_CHEVELLE ,thanks again
