steelworker198 Jul 15th, 04, 7:31 AM getting ready to assemble my 70SS and was wondering under back bumper the is a valance panel in the center where the liscense plate attaches the panel also attaches, does the panel attach to the underside of bumper or the outside of the bumper. thanks steel 4-door Chevelle Jul 16th, 04, 10:47 AM I'll try to look at my '70 and '72 and let you know later today. markedman240 Jul 16th, 04, 2:25 PM TOOK BUMPER OFF MY 70 YESTERDAY, VALANCE IS SANDWICHED BETWEEN TAG BRACKET AND BUMPER,TAG BRACKET SCREWS TIGHTEN INTO BUMPER.
