I want to know of any ways that are proven sucessful of popping out dings or dents out of quarter panels I have two in one quarter
panel that are driving me crazy.

Can you post a picture of the dents? It's hard to say without first looking at them.

If they are in the quarter panel you can get behind them and push them out if the dents not creased. Also you can look up "ding masters" in your area. They do the paintless dent and ding removal by getting behind the dent and "rubbing" it back out with some special tools. I have also seen a suction cup type deal on TV that lets you work on the outside and pull small dents out. Good luck
