I have a 1968 chevelle and sence i have had it it has alway leaned to the driver side not a whole lot but it is noticeable i have installed a complete front end rebuilt kit, all new shocks, and all new springs and it still leans! i took it to a body shop and they told me it would cost at least $300 just to rack it up and have a look, is there anything else that can be replaced that would fix this?

Sometimes they just seem to lean.
There are some things to check:
1. sometimes the rear (and front) control arm bushings will bind, especially poly bushings. You can loosen them and retighten them when the car is sitting with suspension compresed. Front and rear sway bars can cause this also if they were tightened with the car jacked up.
2. body bushings will sometimes wear more on one side. most bushings are worn out on chevelles by now if they are original. You can check with a tape measure whether the frame is leaning or just the body.
3. If you have large sidewall tires (70 series), a small difference in air pressure can cause the car to lean.
4. Frame damage or sag can cause the car to lean by making the spring seats different from side to side. Ive heard of people correcting this by using spring shims on one side.
