i was wondering if when i rebuild my rochester 2gv carb if i need to put the choke back on, ive seen them removed for circle track.... but how would my car drive with out the choke? i would probably have to keep my foot in it until my car warmed up but beside that how well would it work?:D

What's the point? If you want more air flow, buy a 4-barrel. Why screw up a perfectly good two-pot?

i already tried a 4 barrel i had, didnt work very well with my current setup. what im asking , not for performance but how well will the carb work?
