I can't watch youtube videos or anything, it tells me I need to update, so I've tried that about 6 times, restarted a couple times but it still doesn't work. Any ideas?

Flash isnt in the add/remove programs list so that I could try uninstalling first

Good question, I have the same problem. Please someone help us out so we can waste time with the rest of the world. :)

Hey Guys, I had the same problem on 2 of my machines. The fix is simple. You must first remove flashplayer. Not in add and remove programs but with the uninstall link on Adobes site.

Then reinstall from thier site as well.
