Can a 327 engine from an old 66 chevy chevelle overheat if the leaded gas engine wasn't converted to use unleaded gas? I replaced the 2 core radiator with a 4 core radiator.

Unleaded conversion should not make it overheat. It may cause the valves / seats to wear fast, but I don't know how it could affect engine temp.

Gotta have a Chevy !In Durham N.C.
Why is there never enough time or money to do it right the first time, but ALWAYS enough to do it over?
Make it look the way you like it, forget what the other guys say!

Ran a 65' 283 on unleaded for 4 years...shouldn't affect the operating temp per se, however previous comments on valve seat wear are correct. Depending on what climate you live there are MANY other factors the will cause the 327 to overheat.mgg
