Can the door striker latch simple be moved so the door will shut properly? Everything is lined up, Im reading an old issue of car craft on body allignment. Im not near it, but if I remember correctly it looked like a tool I dont currently have to take off and adjust.

the best way to line the door is to do it with the striker removed, then install the striker to line up with the latch. the latch is not adjustible

Thanks! How does the striker come out? It's got some funky looking star bolt if I remember correctly.

it's a torx fastener, I think number 47.
