Need to convert my 135T MIG (originally .025) to use flux cored gassles wire .035 size, what exactly do i need, - liner, tips and nozzle???
19391-1 tips?
16083-1 liner?
what nozzle do i need?
anythign im forgetting?

You will need new drive rolls, guide, and tips. the nozzle does not change due to size of wire.
The drive rolls will have the size written on them so just check yours out I have one set that does 023 to 030 and another that does 035 and up.

Also, don't forget to check your polarity and the mfr recommendations for the flux core. A lot of flux core wire welds opposite polarity from what solid core wire does.

Thanx guys, turned out that the liner was good up to .035 and the drive roll had 2 sides, the larger for .035 flux. In the end all i had to buy were the contact tips. Hopefully I'll get some welding done tommorow after work.
