Hi,
This seems to be a common problem. I was at a show last weekend, and I saw several Chevelle convertibles, and on each one, the top had wrinkles behind the windows. Here's a picture:

The top frame stretches the top in that spot when it's down. My car has the same problem. After the top is up a day or two, the wrinkles go away.
The stretching seems to be caused by a part of the top frame that sticks out when the top is folded. One of the cars I saw was so bad the top had rips in this spot on both sides.
Does Everyone have this problem? Is there anything that can be done about it? Is it a sign of an incorrectly installed top? My top looks GREAT after it's been up a few days.
I am worried about ripping my top, or having permanent wrinkles.
