I just got some fiberglass inner fenders from a guy on here. He said that they were from Fiberglass Trends in California. Well, I received them and sure enough, the box said Unlimited Productions. I was scared when I saw that. I held my breath when I opened the box up and sure enough, all I got was complete trash, compared to what I had expected. First of all, there were no bolt holes. On one of them, there were black marks where the holes were supposed to be. I don't know if that's the way they're supposed to come, but I was still mad. To top it all off, there are spots where the fiberglass strands are visible because the surface of the fender is torn, so there is a lot of brown spots with strands of fiberglass running over it. Then, all of the curves of the fender are full of rough ridges that aren't smooth. Man i'm pissed!!! What should I do?

Fix them and use them or toss them. Most fiberglass parts are made to save weight on a race car and not necessarily be pretty. I wouldnt expect them to be even close to original stuff unless they were stated to be so. A couple drilled holes and maybe a fiberglass repair kit and you can fix them right up.

They guy said that they were coming from Fiberglass Trends, not Unlimited Products. I had expected at least bolt location marks on both fenders.

I'm sorry for all of the bad language in the posts and the title. That was just the mood that I was in. I tried contacting the seller with a nice email as to why he lied and didn't give out enough information, but he hasn't answered back yet. Again, sorry for all of the bad language. I still have a question or two though. Any clue as to how I can drill holes into the fender without the marks?
