My clothing got stuck to 1 of the SS emblems on the side of my chevelle, and I was walking by too fast to stop and the "S" emblem came off. what types of glue that are available at the local stores that I need to put it back on?

Must be a different year from mine it has holes in the fender. Any way go and get your self some emblem and trim addhecive made by 3m and you will be good to go.

yea, mines have two holes for the emblem to fit through but it also hase some kind of adhesive/glue type on it. thanks for the reply!

One thing you might concider sence you have holes is to use speed nuts in sted of glue thats what I use on um. That way if you need to do a repair you can just pull them off.

I would be willing to bet that the reason they are glued in is because they're next to impossible to put the nuts on without removing the doors... Good luck with it..

You can get at them by taking the inner fender wells out. It's not easy, but it's not impossible, either.

I'd say it's easier to pull a door then an inner fender though...Just have to take care not to scratch it..
