Has anyone used the POR15 Blackcote? I was wondering how the finished looked after it dried. Did it have noticible brush strokes or did it have a smooth even finish!

POR-15 has a very smooth, non-brush, finish.

I painted my frame with it and it looked like it was sprayed on. The stuff really is terrific!! I plan to use it on all my projects from now on.

These are pics of the ChassisCoat Black. I think Blackcoat is a different product. Zero brush marks.

JeffK, finish looks sprayed on, you did a great job, I hope my results are the same. BlackCote is the same as ChassisCote, excepts it's a gloss black finish!

Thanks for everyone's input, I'm going to buy some of that stuff now!

JeffK, Great job on the frame! I'm getting ready to POR my frame and finish it with Chassiscoat. Your photos are very timely. I hope mine turns out half as good as yours. http://www.chevelles.com/forum/smile.gif
